Terms of Service (User Agreement)

1. Definitions and Applicability
1.1. This Agreement is entered into between You ("User", "Customer") and AfzalPay ("We", "Platform"), operating under the laws of the Hellenic Republic.
1.2. Definition of Products & Services: "Products" and "Services" refer to all digital goods and online services offered on the AfzalPay platform, including but not limited to: Digital Codes, Gift Cards, Online/Mobile Game Top-ups, Software Licenses, Currency Payments, and any other digital services delivered solely via electronic means.
1.3. By creating an account or making a purchase, you legally agree to these Terms, adhering to EU E-Commerce Regulations.

2. Eligibility and Account Security
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. Minors may only use the Services under the explicit supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. AfzalPay is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Errors
3.1. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price is the one displayed at checkout.
3.2. In the event of a palpable pricing error (e.g., a €100 item listed for €1), AfzalPay reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
3.3. Prices may be inclusive of VAT where applicable by EU law.

4. Wallet & Store Credit Policy
4.1. The AfzalPay Wallet functions strictly as "Store Credit" and is not a bank account or e-money product regulated under banking laws. No interest applies to the balance.
4.2. Closed Loop System: Wallet balance can ONLY be used to purchase products on the AfzalPay platform. Withdrawal of funds, transfer to other users, or exchanging credits for cash is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Non-Refundable: Funds added to the Wallet are final and non-refundable to the original payment method, except where required by law.
4.4. AML Measures: To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, AfzalPay reserves the right to set limits on Wallet top-ups and freeze balances pending KYC verification in case of suspicious activity.

5. WAIVER OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. Pursuant to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content once performance has begun.
5.2. By proceeding with the purchase, you expressly verify that you wish for the contract to be performed immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital key is delivered.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. AfzalPay acts as an authorized retailer/distributor. All trademarks, game titles, and publisher logos remain the property of their respective owners.
6.2. Products are for personal use only. Unauthorized commercial resale of keys purchased from AfzalPay is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. AfzalPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products (e.g., account bans by game publishers due to violation of their specific TOS).
7.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website during maintenance or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes resides with the courts of Athens.
